2024 Little Bow Music Studio policy
Little Bow Music Studio is a Suzuki Method studio. Having a strong Student, Parent and Teacher relationship is very important to the studio's teaching approach.
Studio Calendar:
Little Bow Music is a three semester school.
Fall - August to December
Spring- January to May
Summer - June & July
Students who register in the Fall/Spring are expected to continue through the remainder of that semester.
In case of mid-semester withdrawal, students will be expected to pay for the lessons they received
including any canceled sessions.
Attendance Policy:
Consistent attendance at lessons, group classes and performances is an important part of your child’s (as well as your) learning process, and your attendance is expected.
Little bow Music has No make-up and No refund policy for students canceling for any reason. However, students may have one make-up lesson during the make-up lesson week.
* Lessons lost to weather closures or canceled by the teacher will be made up or credit back.
* If you need to cancel a lesson, each student is allowed to exercise one make-up
lesson per semester that can be made during the make up week. There is no make up for missed Group classes.
Lesson Tuition:
Lessons must be paid for the entire month on the first lesson of the month.
Little Bow Music accepts cash, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal or check payable to Keiko Ishibashi.
Policy for Photos:
Little Bow Music reserves the right to use the photo of the classes, concerts and events
for promotional purposes in media publications. If you do not wish to be included in
these publications, please contact the studio.
